Job summary

MNP is seeking a Senior Advisor – Infrastructure and Capital Projects in Canada to guide clients through major infrastructure initiatives. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on governance, financing, risk sharing, procurement approaches, and compliance, delivering financial analysis, strategic research, and client-facing recommendations.

Collaborate across teams to support mandates, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while travel may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, accounting, law, or engineering.
• CPA, Engineer, Law, or other relevant designation is an asset.
• 2–5 years of infrastructure consulting or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through all phases of infrastructure project lifecycle: initiation, design, financing, procurement, construction, and O&M.
• Collaborate on development of partnership strategies for large-scale projects and advise on asset decisions.
• Assess and improve client governance and control frameworks; contribute to documentation and implementation.
• Perform in-depth financial, economic, and strategic analyses and produce high-quality reports/presentations.
