Job summary

Desjardins seeks a Senior Advisor, Generative AI Technology Adoption and Integration to design practical AI solutions and drive adoption across business and IT. You will write prompts, configure AI agents, and develop in environments like Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, balancing technical work with training and change management.

French proficiency is required, with English support for interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least six years of relevant experience.
Experience in adoption, training, change management or helping teams integrate new practices and solutions.
Knowledge of French is required.
English proficiency is required due to duties and tools.
Proficiency with IT ecosystems, agile practices and DevSecOps principles.
Proficiency with generative AI solutions, incl. prompts, AI agents and assistants.
Experience designing configuring testing and developing in Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, Cowork and Power Platform.
Proficiency with knowledge mobilization, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design and develop generative AI solutions tailored to business needs.
Define user journeys, operating rules, knowledge sources and validation for reliable deployments.
Document lessons learned and best practices to promote reuse at scale.
Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities by value, feasibility and risk.
Collaborate with business sectors to translate needs into practical solutions.
Plan and support implementation including documentation, training and post-deployment support.
Design and deliver training to promote sustainable use of AI tools.
Explain generative AI concepts to diverse audiences in French and English.
Contribute to change management and a practice community; measure adoption and benefits.
Monitor emerging tech and contribute to guides and methodologies for secure use.
