Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking an AI Designer/Developer in Canada to architect and deploy intelligent agents, copilots, and generative AI solutions. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to production, partnering with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, CI/CD, and secure, scalable deployments within a hybrid work environment. French fluency and English collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in French and intermediate proficiency in English are required."
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI."
• Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, agentic AI, and agent orchestration."
• Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent agents, copilots, and conversational experiences using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot to address real business needs.
• Develop generative AI solutions, RAG architectures, agent orchestrations, and integrate these solutions with the organization's systems and applications.
• Participate in solution design, refinement, and delivery activities in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and business partners.
• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes, then support their evolution into robust, production-ready solutions.
• Develop automations, connect AI agents to existing business processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
• Apply AI governance frameworks and best practices in partnership with architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure secure and compliant solutions.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage source code and environments, and implement automated deployment, testing, validation, and monitoring mechanisms.
