National Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Advisor to lead campus recruitment strategy for Capital Markets. You will build strong university partnerships, drive innovative campus programs, and measure impact across multiple business areas.
You will partner with Early Careers leadership and business stakeholders to enhance the student experience, support workforce planning, and create compelling branding materials for campuses.
As a Senior Advisor in the Capital Markets Business Strategy team at National Bank of Canada, you will play a pivotal role in the development, execution, and continuous enhancement of the campus recruitment strategy. Working closely with Early Careers leadership, educational institutions and business stakeholders across the organization, you will execute strategic initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline, elevate the student experience, and support long term workforce planning initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a positive impact on the organization.
This position is based in Toronto, specifically within the Business Strategy team in Capital Markets. You will report to the Director – Campus Recruitment.

You'll collaborate with senior leaders across the organization, engage with some of Canada's top students, and help shape the careers of future traders, investment bankers, research analysts, and corporate bankers.
