Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Senior Administrative Specialist. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administrative needs at the store. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Create an amazing customer experience at the checkout or the customer service counter

  • Assist with leading and training team members

  • Help customers retrieve their products and respond to their questions

  • Assist with hiring (screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires)

  • Monitor and maintain employee records, hours, and training completion

What we’re looking for:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail

  • Ability to maintain administration procedures efficiently and accurately
