Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Property Administration Analyst I to fill a 9-month contract located in Toronto. Please note this position is currently a work from home position.This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Administration Analyst I with a financial services background.

As a Property Administration Analyst I your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assisting with document management and the records coordinator for the business unit.

  • Assisting with international operational policies and standards (operations, leasing, etc)

  • Supporting the compliance reporting programme, which includes fraud risk assessments, privacy assessments, and anti-money laundering assessments.

Qualifications required for Property Administration Analyst I include:

  • Previous leasing and commercial real estate experience preferred

  • Previous invoicing experience
