Job summary

Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support short- and long-term objectives within the Actuarial team. The role combines independent analysis with collaboration across business units in a hybrid work setting.

You will develop and review actuarial models, lead junior staff, and communicate insights to pricing and regulatory stakeholders. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial, statistics, or a related field.
• ACAS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of actuarial experience.
• Knowledge of product pricing, risk management, and insurance regulation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in cross-functional projects.
• Coach, develop, review and delegate work to junior actuarial staff.
• Support and/or lead the design of new rating plans, products, processes and methodologies.
• Communicate complex analyses and results to stakeholders and partners.
