Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to support the achievement of the company’s mission and strategic objectives. The role requires advanced actuarial knowledge and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior analysts.
The candidate will interpret and communicate actuarial analyses to stakeholders across the organization and help develop, implement and maintain performance plans with deliverables and metrics.

The Senior Actuarial Analyst is accountable for supporting the achievements of ACG’s short- and long-term Mission, Vision and strategic objectives. The Senior Actuarial Analyst applies advanced knowledge of a job area typically obtained through exams and work experience. They are able to work independently with general supervision and have the ability to review the work of junior analysts in actuarial analysis and research. They are able to interpret and communicate the results of the actuarial analysis to stakeholders across the organization. The Senior Actuarial Analyst works as part of the Actuarial team to successfully meet ACG’s performance requirements. This includes accountability for developing, implementing and maintaining a performance plan with stratum appropriate deliverables, to deliver the highest-level plan results and performance metrics.

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 73,500.00 - 116,850.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
