· Core Actuarial Analysis: Lead pricing, reserving, and forecasting
· Model Development: Build and refine rating models, loss models, and experience studies utilizing internal data and external market trends.
· Financial Reporting: Support quarterly and annual reserve reviews, preparing exhibits for regulatory and financial reporting.
· Portfolio Intelligence: Monitor rate adequacy and loss experience to identify emerging trends and risk hotspots.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical consultant for Underwriting and Claims teams to support operational initiatives.
· Automation & Innovation: Modernize actuarial tools and dashboards (SQL/Python/R) to increase efficiency and data visualization capabilities.
· Mentorship: Provide peer reviews and coaching to junior team members, contributing to overall team development.
QUALIFICATIONS
