Accounting firm located in the Vaughan area seeks an experienced Accounting Technician who has experience with year-end work with several small to mid-size clients.

Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements for clients
• Filing tax returns
• Managing a client’s financial activities such as general accounting and cash flow
• Developing and maintaining relationships through ongoing communication

Must have :

• 1. Staying up-to-date with the latest financial and accounting trends and software
• 2. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• 3. Experience with financial software and spreadsheets (CaseWare and Sage)
