Reliance Impact Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead corporate accounting across multiple entities in a growing finance team.

The role focuses on financial reporting, month-/year-end close, and process improvements, requiring strong expertise in real estate-related accounting and multi-entity structures. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership, manage intercompany activities, and coordinate audits and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation required or strongly preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Experience in real estate development, property management, or related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting, financial reporting, and multi-entity structures.
• Experience with intercompany transactions, consolidations, and corporate financial statements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for multiple corporate entities.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with timely reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and allocations across entities.
• Oversee corporate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking activities.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages and provide analysis to senior management.
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Assist with corporate tax filings, HST reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and support treasury activities.
• Support annual operating budgets and financial forecasts.
• Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Supervise accounting staff and work with Controller and senior leadership on reporting and planning.
