Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager in Burlington, Ontario to lead the finance function for corporate and project entities. The role demands hands-on leadership, end-to-end close ownership and a track record of building scalable accounting processes.

You will oversee the month-end close, financial reporting, debt and bank reconciliations, tax and regulatory filings, and drive lean and AI-enabled improvements across the department.

Qualifications

• CPA designation completed and public accounting background is preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience including leadership of a team.
• Experience building and scaling a finance/accounting function in real estate/development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team across corporate and project entities.
• Own the month-end close, financial statements and reporting packages.
• Oversee bank and debt reconciliations and intercompany activities.
