Moneris Solutions Corp. is seeking a senior accounting professional to support Settlement and Project Accounting in a hybrid Etobicoke-based role. You will lead month-end closes, manage revenue recording, and produce monthly financial reports for stakeholders.

You will coach Analysts and Accountants and guide process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and CPA, with 5+ years of accounting experience, and familiarity with Dynamics AX, Concur, and Medius is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience leading/coordinating within an accounting function.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting deadlines.
• Experience with Dynamics AX, Concur, Medius is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting activities for Settlement & Project Accounting.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes including journals and reconciliations.
• Manage revenue recording and month-end journal preparation.
• Prepare and review accounting entries and financial reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet accounts and flag variances.
