Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience in a senior or multi-company environment.
• Experience with the complete accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• CPA designation welcome; equivalent hands-on experience considered.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to coordinate with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day and full-cycle accounting across several entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely month-end close.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other partners.
• Oversee payables, receivables, payroll activity, and cash movements.
• Ensure records align with standards and tax obligations.
• Maintain organized supporting documentation for audits.
• Suggest process improvements to strengthen controls.
• Provide leadership with financial insights for decision-making.
