Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation is an asset.
• Well versed in IFRS and U.S. GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entry preparation, review, and posting.
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile project costs and operating expenses.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead quarterly financial reporting, including financial statements, MD&A, notes, and supporting schedules for TSX-listed and SEC-compliant reporting.
• Apply U.S. dollar functional currency accounting, including foreign exchange and currency translation requirements.
• Ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance through financial analysis, technical accounting research, and audit support.
