Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 16-18 month contract in Ontario. You will manage assurance engagements from planning through completion and prepare audit working papers and financial statements.

Responsibilities include preparing related corporate and other tax returns, reviewing financial information for issues, and communicating with clients to gather information and resolve questions while collaborating with partners to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Recent assurance and auditing experience in an accounting firm.
• Experience preparing financial statements and Canadian tax returns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPA designation preferred.

Pay Rate

$45.00/ Hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
