Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Reviewing and reconciling accounts
• Processing payments to external partners
• Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
• Filing monthly sales tax and EHT returns
• Assisting in the preparation for the annual audit
• Participating in the rollout of finance projects and initiatives
• Helping with the finance team with all duties associated with accounts payable and receivable functions
• Handling all accounting work related to taxes, including bookkeeping and invoicing

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from an accredited institute or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English
• Strong computer skills including ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive problem-solving and judgment skills
• Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to produce results and meet deadlines
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
