Job summary

• Must have full-cycle accounting experience in a senior role.

• Experience in food manufacturing is a strong asset.
• CPA designation is not required, but progress toward one is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including AR, AP, bank transactions, and year-end preparations.
• Establish and set up the new accounting office, including non-accounting tasks like setting up vendor accounts.
• Work independently to oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Collaborate with production personnel and external accountants as needed.
• Be flexible and willing to take on various tasks, adapting to the evolving needs of a new company.
• Potentially provide backfill support for other accounting functions during slower periods.
