Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience as an Account Manager in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects with attention to detail.
• Experience managing people.
• Solid understanding of deployment platforms.
• Project management and/or technical ability.
• Proven ability to use AI to speed up and improve day-to-day work with real examples.
• Experience automating or simplifying repetitive tasks with AI is a strong asset.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and managing clients' CRM strategies
• Analyzing and optimizing digital, print, DM, and SMS campaigns
• Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure projects run smoothly
• Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
• Fostering positive client and internal relationships
• Project management, including revisions, meetings, approvals and schedules
• Managing budgets and revenue forecasting
• Ensuring all departments have information and materials timely
• Coordinating general requests in daily account operations
• Using AI to push clients and agency forward
• Assisting with challenging client requests or escalations
