Job summary

Tiller Digital is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow client relationships within a Calgary-based portfolio worth approximately $1.5M to $2M in annual revenue. You’ll lead client discussions, translate strategy into actionable plans, and work closely with a Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or similar roles.
• Experience with senior stakeholders (CEOs/CMOs/VPs) and influencing decisions.
• Ability to connect strategy to execution and deliver results.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience in agency or B2B marketing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of client relationships totaling roughly $1.5M–$2M in annual revenue.
• Manage client meetings, presentations, and reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand impact and grow accounts while protecting profitability.
• Partner with a Project Manager to keep retainers on track and manage risks.
