Powell Canada Inc., based in Montreal, seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead outside service sales across Eastern Canada. You will drive growth, manage key accounts, and deliver solutions for LV/MV systems, automation, and services.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will visit customers, negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and help expand Powell’s market share in the region while maintaining high customer satisfaction and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; strong knowledge of LV/MV systems and power distribution is preferred.
• 10+ years of sales/marketing/business development experience in the power systems/industrial electrical sector.
• Solid contracts knowledge and established relationships with end-users, consultants and integrators in Eastern Canada.

Responsabilités

• Source and pursue opportunities to sell LV/MV custom solutions, retrofit, retrofill, automation and services in Eastern Canada.
• Drive sales strategy, support proposal development, negotiate and win new projects.
• Lead regional growth efforts; promote Powell’s brand via client visits, presentations, and marketing activities.
• Deliver value through customer understanding, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
• Travel regularly within the region to meet clients and foster relationships.
