Kenvue is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Account Manager (Costco / Dollarama). This position reports to the Customer Team Lead and is based in Markham, Ontario or Remote (Hybrid) in Brossard.

The role reports to: Customer Team Lead

Location: Markham or Remote (Hybrid)

Travel: 10-15%

What you will do

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and achieving Customer Business Plans and other key business objectives across various performance indicators, including Net Trade Sales, Point of Sale (POS), Brand and Customer Share Growth, Trade Investment Management, and Customer Profitability. You will accomplish these by building strong relationships with Key Accounts and internal partners such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, and Shopper Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver against Business Plan KPI targets for assigned accounts, categories, and brands.
  2. Develop joint value business plans with customers that reflect strategic objectives.
  3. Manage and negotiate key agreements including promotions, merchandising, product listings, pricing, Revenue Growth Management, distribution, and trade investments.
  4. Use analytics and insights to drive sales growth, optimize trade investments, improve profitability, and identify category development opportunities.
  5. Manage assigned Customer Trade investments.
  6. Prepare accurate monthly Sales and Trade Investment forecasts.
  7. Handle day-to-day business operations, including customer requests, deductions, and communication with internal and external partners.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
  • A University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, customer development, analytics, or category management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in CPG and retail preferred.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex business data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, sales databases, and web applications.
  • Experience managing trade investments and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and tell a business story.
  • Negotiation skills and leadership in joint planning meetings.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally, overcoming barriers.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, matrix environment with changing priorities.
  • Independent work ethic to identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Advanced computer skills for data manipulation and presentation creation.
