  • Develop and present logistics solutions to prospective clients.
  • Maintain CRM/SENS activity records and build a strong opportunity pipeline to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Communicate market capabilities and provide guidance to international offices.
  • Monitor and research market trends; develop and recommend new marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, strengthen the corporate image, and support commodity‑specific marketing initiatives.
  • Inform and update clients on programmes that directly impact costs and responsibilities.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities, including the timely submission of weekly and monthly sales reports, while meeting minimum productivity requirements.
  • Lead proactive team initiatives to support departmental and organisational objectives.
  • Support customer retention by overseeing and monitoring communications between staff and clients.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, practices, and procedures, and report any unsafe activities to a supervisor and/or Human Resources.
  • Demonstrate leadership through example while sharing knowledge, expertise, and skills with others.
  • Perform all other job‑related duties as assigned by the VP of Sales and Executives.

What You Bring

  • Formal academic training in International Business or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of international shipping terms, Bills of Lading procedures, cargo documentation, liabilities, and insurance.
  • Ability to read, analyse, and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community.
  • Ability to effectively present sales strategies and corporate information to senior‑level audiences.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of email, PowerPoint, record‑keeping systems, routine database applications, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and other business software tools.

Compensation: Salary range starting from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and contribution.
