PwC UK seeks a Director to lead originating, structuring, negotiating and executing ABL mid-market transactions, advising CFOs, CEOs, sponsors, and senior stakeholders. You will drive origination across the UK and nurture junior team development while leveraging your network for opportunities.

The role emphasizes end-to-end deal execution, strong lender relationships, and active involvement in business development, with a collaborative, high-impact approach across client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Act as the day-to-day lead on client engagements, leading the end-to-end execution of a full financing transaction, including deal structuring, producing marketing materials and financial models and negotiation of term sheets and the full loan agreement.
• Maintaining strong relationships with banks, private credit funds and alternative lenders to stay abreast of pricing, terms, leverage and lender appetite in the ABL market.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting origination effort.
• Coaching and development of junior team members, providing guidance, review and timely feedback.
