Job summary

MobileComm Professionals, Inc seeks an experienced 5G & LTE RF Optimization SME to work on-site with client Ericsson RAN environments in Toronto, Ontario. The role focuses on LTE/5G RF optimization, performance improvement, troubleshooting, and feature implementation to meet customer requirements.

You will analyze drive tests and MDT/OSS data, optimize coverage and interference, and collaborate closely with customer teams, delivering actionable recommendations and value-added consultation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of LTE/5G RF optimization experience.
• Experience with Ericsson RAN and OSS/ENM tools.
• Experience with LTE/5G NR, VoLTE, CA, Massive MIMO.
• Strong analytical and customer-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform LTE & 5G RF optimization and performance analysis.
• Analyze network KPIs and conduct root cause analysis.
• Optimize coverage, capacity, mobility, and interference.
• Implement and tune Ericsson features and RF parameters.
• Analyze drive test, MDT, and OSS performance data.
• Collaborate with customer teams and present optimization recommendations.
