Job summary

ELITS Canada Inc. is seeking a Radio Access Network Engineer to support a major customer in Mississauga in a hybrid working model.

You will be an individual contributor embedded within the customer’s organization, working with technical and operational teams to maintain network performance, stability, and deliver planned activities. The role focuses on customer-embedded RAN delivery, integration, and operational support, reporting to the customer’s designated manager while following ELITS

Qualifications

Experience with Radio Access Network (RAN), LTE and NR.
Experience testing radio products in a lab and in live networks.
Solid understanding of RF optimization principles and RF parameters.
Strong knowledge of RF design principles.
Ability to troubleshoot RAN issues and distinguish config vs software issues.
Understanding of the RAN integration process.

Responsibilities

Support the customer’s RAN (LTE/NR) through planning, configuration, integration, and optimization.
Execute network changes per approved change management processes.
Participate in network rollout, expansion, and modernization projects with design reviews and testing.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including implementation plans and logs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of network activities.
Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and share best practices.
