Prospero Teaching is seeking a confident Behaviour Mentor for a therapeutic provision in Enfield. You will support students who have EHCPs for SEMH and autism, using strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills to maintain a safe learning environment.

We are working with a brilliant Alternative Provision setting in Enfield.
The school is a therapeutic supporting school for students who have had some life trauma and therefore no longer in a mainstream setting- students have an EHCP for social emotional mental health as well as some having autism.
this school was only build 4 years ago and boasts state of the art facilities including a gym which can also be used by staff before and after school.
The school is based in Enfield and has a station just a 5 minute walk from the school. The school also has a large car park with plenty of free parking.
This is a male dominated school with just a handful of female students- incidents in the school are rare but the school are looking for someone who is confident and can display strong behaviour management skills as well as being able to de-esculate situations- Students work towards entry level qualifications and some achieving GCSE awards.
