Connex Education Partnership is seeking an experienced SEN Support Worker to join a specialist educational setting in Handsworth, Birmingham. You will support learners with complex needs, delivering person-centred care and promoting independence while working closely with teachers and support staff.

The role is full-time and long-term, Monday to Friday, with a daily rate of £95–£105 depending on experience.

The specialist setting supports children and young people with a range of complex needs, providing tailored care and support to help them develop communication, independence, life skills and confidence.

The focus is on supporting the whole individual, including their physical, sensory, emotional and social development, within a nurturing environment where each learner’s individual needs are prioritised.

The Role

• Supporting learners with complex SEN and a range of additional needs.

• Confidence with personal care and manual handling.

• Experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant.
