Job summary

You will help customers complete transactions, monitor activity, respond to EAS alarms, and manage Scan & Go equipment, with shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Self Checkout Area Standards: keeps a clean, safe self checkout area and organized work space.
• Promote Walmart programs and initiatives: supports promotional programs when applicable.
• Assist Customers at Self Checkout: helps customers complete transactions and explains interventions in a friendly way; escalates issues as needed.
• Respond to EAS Alerts and complete documentation: handles alarms and logs as required.
• Manage Scan & Go Equipment: ensures scanners are returned to storage after use.
• Flexible scheduling: available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
