What You'll Do...

1. Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
2. Educates customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options, when applicable.
3. Promotes company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives, when applicable.
4. Observes the activities of customers to determine when and if assistance is needed.
5. When interventions and quality checks are required, politely explains the reasons for these checks while reassuring customers that they are normal protocol.
6. Responds to EAS alarms and fills out the 'Failure to Deactivate' Log as needed.
7. Calls the Customer Service Manager when the self-service area is low on cash or has a technical issue.
8. Returns Scan & Go scanners to their designated area after use.

Minimum Qualifications...

Age - 16 or older.
