This role involves promoting Walmart programs, monitoring alarms, handling shifts including evenings and weekends, and lifting up to 50 lbs in some duties. Minimum age 16; strong customer service mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain self-checkout area cleanliness, safety and organization.
• Promote company programs and services when applicable.
• Assist customers at self-checkout and resolve issues; escalate as needed.
• Respond to EAS alarms and complete the log accurately.
• Manage Scan & Go equipment and return to storage after use.
