Overview

Be part of the team bringing our brand-new concept to life! We’re seeking a Bar Manager to join us at The Dusty Boot. Welcome to The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall — the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub, and live music. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge, featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Enjoy bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu. Saddle up and settle in — must be whisky-drinking age (18+).

Our Security team ensures every guest and team member feels safe while enjoying the venue. They monitor the floor, manage crowd flow, handle incidents calmly and professionally, and support staff in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Strong communication skills, vigilance, and a calm, confident presence are key to this role.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests
  • Check IDs

What You Have
  • Experience in a nightclub or hospitality environment (preferred)
  • ProServe, ProTect, and First-Aid & CPR certifications (required)

  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
