This a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, vacation and paid leave, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Work vehicle to be provided. Positions are being filled in New Brunswick (Moncton, St. John, Sussex or surrounding areas) and Prince Edward Island, and Alberta (Edmonton area).

Responsibilities

The Role:

Troubleshoot and repair of a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, and computer networks

Installation of new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectations

Uphold company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines

Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function

Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory

Comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as to lift 50+ lbs.

Able to work safely in a construction site environment is a must.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the security industry, with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems.

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment is required.

Work with high degree of accuracy and thoroughness

Strong organizational skills

Motivated self-starter and effective team player

Must have a clean criminal record, and obtain a valid Driver's license.
