Successful candidates will attend a mandatory 4-day in-class training at our Etobicoke office. A valid immunization record (Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, TB skin tests 1 and 2) is required prior to onboarding.

Working on assigned shifts, you will perform security patrols, respond to incidents, write reports, and investigate routine incidents. You must be physically fit, able to stand and walk long periods, and work well under stress, providing excellent customer service and working with vulnerable populations, especially in the mental health ward and emergency department. You will also work closely with law enforcement and emergency services, developing security plans for high-risk patients and managing conflicts using verbal de-escalation techniques.
