• Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1600
• Pay Rate: $27.05
• Category: ESA (Overtime after 44 hours)

Successful candidates will attend a mandatory 4-day in-class training at our Etobicoke office. A valid immunization record (Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, TB skin tests 1 and 2) is required prior to onboarding.

Job Description

Supervise assigned security shifts, providing proactive/reactive patrols, incident investigations, report writing, and emergency responses. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, physical fitness, and ability to work under stress.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Plan shift schedules and ensure staff training
• Motivate staff, conduct security audits, investigate incidents
• Manage security in emergency situations, work with law enforcement, support high-risk patient security plans
