Service and Install Technician

Responsibilities

1. The Role:
2. Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, and computer networks.
3. Install new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectations.
4. Uphold company and industry standards for quality within recognized guidelines.
5. Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function.
6. Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory.
7. Work comfortably at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, and lift 50+ lbs.
8. Work safely in a construction site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the security industry, with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, Access Control, and Intrusion systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment.
• Work with high accuracy and thoroughness.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Motivated self-starter and effective team player.
• Clean criminal record and valid Driver's license.
