Job summary

FP Inc. in Toronto is seeking an experienced PMO professional to coordinate security assessment programs and service requests across internal partners. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective vendor and stakeholder engagement.

You will monitor engagement metrics, prepare management reports, and support continuous improvement of security processes. A fast-paced environment and ability to handle changing priorities are essential.

Qualifications

  • Progressive PMO experience in large IT organizations with service engagements.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple incoming requests promptly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT development and information security concepts.
  • General knowledge of project management and SDLC, including secure development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for internal partners; monitor all service request channels.
  • Review security assessment requests and validate engagement details for accuracy.
  • Coordinate security assessments with 3rd party vendors and enterprise teams to meet compliance.
  • Develop and monitor program schedules; identify milestones and manage delays.
  • Provide direction on security assessment activities and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain program documentation and processes; produce management reports.
  • Generate reports and ad hoc management metrics; support executive audiences.
  • Assist Sr Manager with vendor management.
