Allied Universal in Scarborough, ON is seeking a Security Professional for a residential site on a full-time basis. You will patrol, monitor the premises, and coordinate with residents and property staff to maintain safety.

The ideal candidate has Concierge security experience, a valid Ontario Security License, and the ability to stand for long periods. We offer full-time hours, benefits, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge Security at a Residential Site.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication; Ontario Security License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure safety.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and equipment issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain professionalism and follow security protocols including emergency response.
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support property management with additional tasks as needed.

Job Description

Position: Security Professional - Residential Site - Fulltime

Location: Scarborough, ON

Payrate: $18.00 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Sunday to Wednesday 11:00PM - 07:00AM; Saturdays 11:00PM - 11:00AM

Company Overview: Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Professional to oversee our Residential Site - Fulltime. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Experience in Concierge Security experience in a Residential Site.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Valid Driver's Licence is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
