Location: North York (near Bayview Ave & Finch Ave E)Position: Full-TimePay Rate: $19.38 per hour# of Vacancies: 1

Schedule: Swing Rotation

Successful candidates must have the ability to work all shifts including evenings & overnights, 12 hour shifts and weekends.

The Opportunity

Allied Universal is looking for professional and customer-focused Security Professional - Full time - Residential - Concierge - Bayview Village to join our residential security team in North York (near Bayview Ave & Finch Ave E).

This role combines concierge service and security responsibilities, providing a welcoming presence for residents and visitors while helping maintain a safe and secure property.

The ideal candidate has residential concierge or security experience, strong communication skills, and a professional approach to interacting with residents, visitors, contractors, and property management.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of concierge experience, preferably in a residential environment.
• Previous concierge security or residential security experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and wireless communication skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/work experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada for up to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
