Job summary

Allied Universal in Scarborough, ON is seeking a Security Professional to oversee our Residential Site on a full-time basis. You will patrol the grounds, document incidents, and liaise with residents and property management to maintain a safe environment.

Ideal candidates have concierge security experience at a residential site, a valid Ontario Security License, and excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge Security at a Residential Site.
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and equipment status.
• Communicate effectively with residents, management, contractors, and staff.
• Uphold training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints and support property management as needed.

Sunday to Wednesday 11:00PM - 07:00AM; Saturdays 11:00PM -11:00AM

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Professional to oversee our Residential Site - Fulltime. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team. Requirements

• Experience in Concierge Security experience in a Residential Site.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Valid Driver's Licence is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
