Allied Universal Security Services in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Security Professional for Corporate Guest Service. This full-time role focuses on delivering secure, professional guest experiences at a corporate site.

You will patrol, control access, and maintain high visibility at posts; coordinate with security teams via radio; and document incidents and shift activities while supporting a safe, compliant environment.

Job Title: Security Professional - Corporate Guest Service

Location: Mississauga, ON

Type: Full time

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shifts: Monday - Friday (08:00am - 5:00pm)

Company Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Security Professional - Corporate Guest Service to join our team at a commercial site in Mississauga, ON. This position involves providing security with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel and assets. This role requires individuals who have prior experience working in corporate environment with good communication skills, and strong computer skills. Responsibilities

• Site Surveillance & Patrol: Perform regular patrols of the site and surrounding areas to ensure the security of the premises. Monitor all entry points for unauthorized access.
• Visibility & Coverage: Maintain high visibility at the designated posts. Ensure security coverage near sensitive areas within the site.
• Access Control: Enforce site access protocols by verifying the identification of authorized personnel, logging visitor entry and exit, and ensuring that gates and doors remain securely locked when not in use.
• Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication via radio with other security personnel. Report incidents, unusual activities, or security concerns promptly.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches. Contact emergency services and assist as necessary.
• Incident Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all security activities, incidents, and patrols. Complete shift reports and provide detailed handover notes for the next shift.
• Site & Asset Protection: Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to site materials and equipment. Ensure all property is secured at all times.
• Compliance with Safety Procedures: Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
• General Security Duties: Ensure the overall safety and security of the site and surrounding areas by addressing any security risks or safety concerns that arise during the shift.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (Required).
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in corporate reception, front desk operations, concierge, hospitality, customer service, administration, access control, or visitor management is an asset.
• Ability to commit to a minimum one-year assignment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, basic Excel/data entry, and digital logging/reporting systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for a corporate executive office environment.
• Clear, confident, and professional speaking ability for phone, email, and visitor-facing communication.
• Polished corporate presentation, strong customer-service demeanor, and professional appearance.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
