Job summary

Hitachi Cyber is seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist to provide hands-on support for security tools and environments across client organizations. You will manage day-to-day operations, respond to incidents, and maintain thorough documentation, ensuring SLAs are met and operations are reliable.

You will work with incident response and defensive security experts, collaborating with customers and internal teams to optimize security operations and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure design and operations.
• Strong technical expertise with modern security tools including ZIA, ZPA and email security platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across regions, teams and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for client organizations, managing day-to-day security tool administration.
• Respond to incident and service requests within established SLAs.
• Maintain and enhance operational documentation for client security tools and environments.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements in client environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to support ongoing security operations.
