Job summary

Longo's is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity Operations to lead security monitoring, incident triage, investigation coordination, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking. You will manage cybersecurity analysts, coordinate with IT teams and vendors, and drive improvements to policies and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, IT infrastructure, or a related technical field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience leading cybersecurity analysts or security teams.
• Experience with security monitoring, incident triage, incident response, vulnerability management, or security operations.
• Experience working with managed security service providers and external security partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, triage, investigation coordination, vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and follow-up.
• Act as the primary internal contact for MSSPs and security vendors, including escalation review and service quality.
• Coach and develop cybersecurity analysts, prioritizing work and ensuring quality delivery.
• Build team coverage and documentation to reduce dependency on individuals.
• Own and maintain the incident response plan, escalation paths, and tabletop exercises.
• Drive continuous improvement of incident response processes, playbooks, and security controls.
• Provide security input into technology changes and operational initiatives.
