Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our Security Operations Center. You will help monitor and respond to security incidents, analyze malware and logs, and implement processes to protect networks, devices, and data.

You will triage alerts, correlate with threat intel, and escalate when necessary. The role involves building automation, tuning detection rules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen security across our environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2-4 years in Security Operations, Incident Response, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of threat categories (malware, phishing, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Knowledge of cloud security tools: M365 Security, Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security hardening.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or Mac OS security event logs.
• Networking protocol knowledge (SMTP, HTTP, DNS, etc.).
• Experience with scripting/query languages and security automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Triages alerts and incidents; correlates with threat intel to identify attackers and impacted systems.
• Prioritizes alerts and escalates to Tier 3 when needed per SLA.
• Remediates low/medium priority alerts.
• Analyzes logs, network traffic to locate incident sources.
• Records vulnerabilities and tracks remediation tickets.
• Builds internal scripts and automation to improve detection and response.
• Tunes security tools and detection rules to reduce false positives.
