Job summary

Intercast Staffing Ltd. is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to guide day-to-day operations, incident response, and collaboration with external security providers.

You will mentor the internal security team, drive threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement across the program. The role requires managing analysts, ensuring coverage and excellence, owning incident response playbooks and tabletop exercises, and partnering with IT and stakeholders to enhance controls

Job description

Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, incident response, and security service providers while developing and mentoring the internal security team. This role is responsible for ensuring effective threat monitoring, vulnerability management, operational maturity, and continuous improvement across the cybersecurity program.

• Lead cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Manage and develop cybersecurity analysts, ensuring strong team performance, coverage, cross-training, and operational excellence.
• Own incident response processes, playbooks, escalations, tabletop exercises, and the successful resolution of security incidents.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and external security providers to improve security controls, manage risk, and support compliance and audit activities.
