Job summary

Qualifications

• Security Guard training or related credential.

• Must pass RCMP Security Clearance.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License and ability to provide driving record.
• Access to a reliable vehicle preferred.

• Be punctual, honest and reliable.
• Cree language ability is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Guard the property against fire, theft, vandalism and entry.
• Patrol building, grounds and site as directed.
• Monitor doors, windows and gates for proper security.
• Report irregularities to supervisor or RCMP/Fire Dept.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide written and verbal reports with factual details.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
