Job summary

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and visitors with information and directions when needed.
• Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports, documenting any security-related incidents and activities during your shift.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel, local law enforcement, and emergency services when required.

Qualifications

• No Prior License Required: We can assist you with the security guard license application process.
• First Aid and CPR Certification: Certification is considered an asset.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Observational Skills: Be detail‑oriented and able to identify potential security threats.

• Surveillance : Utiliser du matériel de surveillance pour surveiller et signaler les activités suspectes, assurant ainsi une présence proactive en matière de sécurité.
• Service à la clientèle : Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en aidant les clients et les visiteurs en leur fournissant des informations et des orientations lorsqu'il est nécessaire.
• Rédaction de rapports : Tenir des rapports d'incident détaillés et précis, en documentant tous les incidents liés à la sécurité et les activités pendant votre quart de travail.

Qualifications
