What You’ll Do

As a Casual Security Guard, you’ll be at the heart of it all. From securing major events to responding to urgent service calls, you’ll be a vital part of our dynamic team. Your Responsibilities

• Be the face of safety at major events, monitoring venues and ensuring protocols are followed.
• Respond to on‑call service requests when needed, demonstrating quick thinking and professionalism.
• Stay alert and engaged, especially during night shifts.
• Offer assistance in medical emergencies (basic first aid or CPR is a big plus).
• Adapt to the demands of the role – standing, sitting, walking, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Handle situations calmly and effectively, using self‑defense or force if necessary, in line with training and provincial regulations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public and event organizers.
