WRHN is seeking a Part Time Security Officer to join our hospital security team at WRHN Midtown & Chicopee. This role requires 12 grade education, Ontario Security Guard license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Position Summary: Hospital Security Officers maintain a high regard for the rights of all hospital patrons & the laws governing those rights. Our team endeavors to preserve & maintain an environment where diverse social & cultural values are allowed & accepted.
Responsibilities: Some major services our Security team provides include twenty four hour Security coverage of the hospital with a dedicated officer in the Emergency Department, immediate response to all Hospital Emergency Codes, asset protection, maintaining a safe environment for Patients, Staff, Physicians & Volunteers, access control, issuing parking infraction notices & assisting clinical staff with patient care as required. Contributes to ensuring there is a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
