Casino Victoria LP is seeking a Security Manager to oversee the security operations at Casino Victoria, ensuring safe, compliant and guest-focused service. The role includes leading a security team, implementing strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and participating in recruitment and training.

Position Title: Security Manager - Casino Victoria
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Security Manager is responsible for the overall management and effectiveness of security operations at Casino Victoria. Implement all new security strategic plans as directed, provide a learning and mentoring environment for the security team, while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Additionally the Security Manager will develop performance objectives and deliver performance evaluations and will actively participate in the recruitment and hiring process.

Compensation for this position is aligned with experience, with a salary range of $65,000–$88,000, and eligibility for a performance‑based bonus structure that recognizes operational excellence, leadership impact, and meaningful contributions to the guest experience.
